About Group Registrations
1.Group registration is applicable for any of the above presentation types.
2. You are eligible for a discounted rate on the registration fee if you are in a group of a minimum of 3 persons.
3. If your group comprises more than 10 people, please contact our organizing committee for a higher percentage of the discount rate.
4. Please note the group members should be from the organization/institution.
6. Discounted Registration for three (3) or more participants from the same organization/institution.
7. The benefits of the Group registration will be decided based on your presentation type (Oral/Poster/Listener/Virtual)

Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced, and all
cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility is based
on the time of cancellation as outlined below:
Cancellations
made 120+ days before the conference start date: 75% refund
(applicable only to standard, non-discounted registrations).
Cancellations
made between 119 to 90 days before the conference start date: 50%
refund.
Cancellations
made within 89 days of the conference start date: No refund (applies
to both registration and accommodation fees).
Virtual
or Video Presentations & E-Posters: Non-refundable.
Discounted
registrations: Non-refundable but can be transferred to a future
event.
Bank/transaction
charges incurred during refunds: To be borne by the participant.
Refund
processing: All refunds will be processed only after the
conference concludes.
